Bryan Bartels is a dedicated and knowledgeable pitching coach with a strong background as both a player and mentor. A 2021 graduate of Olathe West High School, Bryan was a four-year varsity letterman and earned All-State honors his senior year. His commitment to excellence on the mound began early, training for five years under renowned pitching coach Bob Zimmerman at Premier Baseball.

Following high school, Bryan continued his baseball career at Barton Community College, where he served as a key bullpen arm for two seasons. His collegiate experience, paired with his years of elite training, have shaped him into a coach who understands both the physical and mental demands of high-level pitching.

Currently, Bryan serves as the pitching coach at Olathe West High School and leads the 16U team at Prime 27:17. He brings a player-first mentality, focusing on mechanics, mindset, and development tailored to each athlete’s goals.

Bryan is passionate about helping young athletes unlock their full potential—on the field and beyond.
